The Inside Scoop on North Scottsdale Golf Communities

Thinking of joining one of the North Scottsdale’s golf club communities? I recently attended a presentation by the six representatives who explained what makes their courses different, and how to join. Here’s what they said, giving you an inside scoop on which club is best for you.

These clubs attract both golfers and those who enjoy other aspects of the club membership lifestyle. Most clubs also offer a social membership that includes swimming, fitness, tennis, social activities, and restaurants.

Some club memberships are only available to homeowners, while others are open to the public. Some memberships allow you to gain equity, getting money back when you sell it. Golf membership fees depend on supply and demand.

Members like being part of an established community of like-minded people. Some are more family-friendly, while others attract more retired folks. The summary below can help you determine the best fit for you.
